This month, in partnership with PRSA Orlando, we will host the annual Central Florida Media Mashup. This half-day media relations conference will provide you with the tools and resources you need to excel in your professional career. In addition to networking with top journalists from Orlando, I’m grateful for our committee members for planning an extraordinary event. You still have time to register!

June is Pride Month. Rainbows and glitter are obvious symbols of Pride Month, but at its core is a call to greater unity, visibility and equality for LGBTQ+ people, as well as a time to reflect on the past 50 years. Earlier this month, I saw this article from  People Magazine which provides great insight the significance of Pride Month.    

Earlier this week our community came together to remember the lives lost at Pulse in 2016. Please take a moment to remember the 49 lost and support the efforts of assisting victims, their families, and first responders.
