December President’s PRoclaimer Message

With the end of the year around the corner, December is typically a great time to reflect on the past year and look forward to what's ahead.  For us at FPRA Orlando, the Board year is just getting started, but we're proud of the work done so far to continue bringing our public relations and communications community together. 

This month, we celebrated the season and our members at our ever popular Holiday mixer.  Special thanks to the amazing team at Heatwave ORL for hosting our event! In addition, we got together to volunteer at United Against Poverty, a local nonprofit dedicated to giving a hand up to those who need it to break the cycle of poverty. They offer a variety of services to the community, including a comprehensive training program, a food pantry, a crisis center and more. More than anything, I want to take this opportunity during this season of gratitude and giving to to extend my heartfelt gratitude to all of you. I'm deeply grateful for the opportunity to serve our chapter together with our wonderful Board of Directors and volunteers. Their dedication, creativity and passion to lead our chapter is truly inspiring. And of course, thank you to each one you, our members, for being a part of our community.

I wish all of you a wonderful holiday season and a bright 2026!
